The Role
Company Accountant - Permanent
Location: Laois (Fully office based)
Responsibilities include:
• Management accounts
• Payroll
• Producing business plans
• Good understanding of stock management, GRN postings, stock valuation.
• Requesting deposits and invoicing customers.
• Oversee bank reconciliations
• Good working level of VAT
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Sage 50
• Knowledge of Sage payroll
• Verifying information and developing spreadsheet reports to analyse options and information.
• Researching and interpreting data in order to answer accounting and financial questions.
• Run monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• • Experience working with multi currencies € & £
• Ensuring all transactions are in compliance with financial regulations
• A high level of commitment and self-motivation.
