The Role
Accounts assistant / bookkeeper – 6 - 12 month term initially
Open to Part time & Full time
Athy Co. Kildare
- Coordination of purchase ledger in a multi-company, multi-currency environment
- Accurate processing of purchase transactions to the ledger
- Organisation of purchase documentation on a paperless filing storage system
- Drafting of sales invoices for review
- Drafting and coordination of payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaise with suppliers as required
- Liaise with customers regarding cash collection as required
- Maintenance of supplier records
- Assisting existing team members as required
- Xero experience is an advantage but not essential (On-the-job training will be provided)
