Overview:
- Proactively support the Director - using own initiative when required
- Working as part of the Director Assistant team as a key link between the Director and the wider business
- Work alongside all departments to ensure all workflows are managed according to deadlines
- Director diary control
- Director administration
- Director project work
- Maintenance of filing system
- Liaising with internal/external auditor
- Meeting preparation
- Director travel arrangements
- Minute taking
- Hr Department liaison
The Person
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience as executive assistant
- Executive level personal assistant experience
- Executive level personal assistant qualification
- Experience in document writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
