The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Executive Assistant in Co. Meath.

Salary approx. €65,000 DOE

 

Main duties:

 

• Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• Manage diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CFO.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, correspondence, and board papers.
• Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Handle confidential financial and business information with the utmost discretion.
• Manage emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond where appropriate.
• Coordinate departmental projects and assist with tracking key business initiatives.
• Organise events, conferences, and senior leadership meetings.
• Process expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Liaise with senior management, finance teams, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and business administration as required.

The Person

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally at C-suite level.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and proactively manage competing demands.
• Experience coordinating meetings, travel, presentations, and executive reporting.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting senior leadership.
