Part Qualified  Assistant Accountant - Permanent

Location: Co Meath ( close to North Kildare)

Cross function cover accounts receivable and payable
Co-ordinate and manage Month End processes and running of monthly output billing files and customer statements.
Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Maintain fixed asset register.
Oversee monthly Contractor payments.
Cross check monthly creditors payment runs.
Manage stocks, review of moving items and reconciliation of all incoming stocks.
Preparation of Quarterly Sales stats reporting pack
Bring Management accounts to TB stage for FC to prepare management accounts.

The Person

Qualified/Part Accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA)
Strong analytical skills
Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
