Duties:
- Managing and owning the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing strategy through to hiring talent and on-boarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers and various business stakeholders to deliver a high quality recruitment service and hire top talent;
- Proactively attracting high calibre candidates using creative search methods and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, online job boards, social media, networking, events etc;
- Handling multiple recruitment campaigns at different stages of their lifecycle, while having the ability to manage and control candidates and vacancies.
- Acting as an ambassador for the employer brand, culture, values and mission. Promoting the company as an equal opportunity employer and driving a fair process for both internal and external appointments;
- Consistently aiming to deliver a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and build talent pools.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisition ideally in a high volume environment in a similar industry or fast-moving organisation;
- Experience in successfully recruiting across a wide variety of business functions;
- Excellent networker;
- Excellent communicator, both written, verbal and presenting; ability to communicate with diplomacy and manage difficult conversations;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Ability to think strategically & execute tactically;
- Previous experience in utilizing an ATS and / or HRIS is preferred; SAP SuccessFactors working knowledge will be advantageous;
- Solid MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
