Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant
Rathnew – Co. Wicklow - Permanent
Salary: €35,000 - €38,000
Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeper Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong Excel skills are required for this role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day to day Bookkeeping duties to include Sales/Purchase Ledger, VAT Regulations / Intra-EU, Import, Export and Vat rules
- Liaising with Procurement
- Assisting with company reporting as required on periodical basis
- Perform data input, reporting and analysis of SAGE and RGC CRM systems
- Competent use of MS Office – Word / Excel as required
- Maintain and record analysis of RGC Timesheets and preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for Management
- Processing expense claims
- Management of stock control – consisting of stock spot check, Month End Stock report
- Assisting the company accountant as required with additional duties
The Person
Key Skills:
- Minimum three years’ experience working with a finance team in a similar role.
- A high standard of numeracy accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of I.T. skills, particularly Excel.
