Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: €Negotiable DOE



  • Partnering with and supporting managers for all people-related matters.
  • Coaching and supporting managers in all HR issues to ensure continued levels of high performance and engagement.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise, through the grievance and disciplinary process. Collaborate effectively with managers for best practice and proactively support managers by providing expert advice
  • Proactively drive engagement and performance. Mitigate risk through the identification of trends occurring and provide a clear solution.
  • Lead on ED&I strategy and action plan
  • Support managers in the annual performance management process which drives engagement and internal talent pipelines for bench strength.
  • Lead on specific projects ensuring efficient planning, collaboration and communication plans that are well structured and drive desired
  • Partner with recruitment and HR services to facilitate measure and continually improve team effectiveness and motivation, people management practices and procedures
  • Drive the wellbeing strategy and employee engagement to promote positive working culture
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees on their experiences with a view to continuous improvement
  • Implement, adhere and keep yourself informed on all employee related legislation and trends
  • Collect, prepare and participate in the presenting of HR metrics to our leadership teams
  • Analyse employee data and key trends to inform business insights and decisions.
  • Manages the HR Services team and provide expert advice on Payroll, reward, Immigration
