The Role

Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Permanent full time

Full clean driving licence required

Experience in Construction / Project Management required

To successfully manage multiple projects, ensuring that projects are brought to completion on time and in budget, whilst maintaining communication channels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and manage budgets
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Issue all appropriate safety paperwork – RAM’s etc.
  • Manage site meetings with Contractors and Design teams and represent the company professionally
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Work with the Site Manager to ensure satisfactory on-budget completion of project

The Person

  • This role will report into the General Manager.
  • Site Managers will report into this role
  • AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Experience on construction sites
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to delegate to other team members
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
