Title: Practice Manager/Partner designate
Reporting to Managing Director
Schedule work for an entire team of Accountants (3) bookkeeping (4) and payroll person. Currently there are 2 teams in the practice and a vacancy has arisen to replace the PM of one of the teams
Directly supervise the book keeping and payroll staff.
Work very closely with MD and other PM to co-ordinate book keeping and Accountants team
Work closely with MD and PM on a strategic level.
Review staff training needs and draft appropriate training plan for approval implementation.
Review and suggest improvements in work flow, file structure, client profitability etc.
Continue to develop Xero Practice Management Software that we use for our internal needs
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise commensurate with the position
Carry out billable work
Prepare Management Accounts for our larger clients, and present these to the client
Prepare year end accounts files, present to clients.
Provide advisory services to clients- personal tax reduction (pensions, M & S allowances, electric cars, retirement/exit planning, company tax planning
General business advisory – profitability, cash flow management, acquisition and disposal etc
HR input, technology etc etc

Salary range € NEG plus performance bonus
