The Role

Payroll Administrator

Dublin 24 - Permanent

Salary: €Negotiable

Start Date: April 2019

 

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience using Sage Micro pay and an IPASS qualification would be a distinct advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload of Rosters to Time & Attendance system
  • Review and Close of Daily Payroll
  • Weekly Payment via SEPA & Internet Banking
  • Set up of New Starters
  • Payroll Admin (Holiday Requests, Social Welfare, P45’s etc.)
  • Deal with employee & payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Weekly Payroll Reports
  • Posting Weekly Wages Journal to Sage
  • Reconcile Weekly Summaries Report

The Person

Key Skills:

  • Must have at least 3 years payroll experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent Office Skill, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an organised way in a busy environment
  • IPASS Qualified
  • Micro pay/Time & Attendance experience an advantage
