HR Officer
Maternity Contract
Based in Co. Kildare
DUTIES:
- Human Resources and Recruitment functions
- Provide a HR advisory service to managers
- Provide relevant and timely HR data to the senior team and the board of directors
- Develop and Implement strategic HR plan
- Ensure HR systems and processes are effective, up-to-date and comply with any legislative requirements in Ireland and Overseas
- Develop, implement and update HR policies
- Liaise with HR specialists on various international roles
- Remain up-date with employee legislation in EU
- Update and prepare monthly HR reports to the Board of Directors
- Ad-Hoc Duties and projects as required
- Some travel may be required
The Person
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum degree Qualification in a HR related discipline
- Demonstrated track record in HR Leadership and Management in a multinational setting, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Proven ability to drive organisational change
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Irish and EU/UK employment law
- Possess excellent communications skills
- Possess a strong business acumen
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work-streams
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
