HR Administrator
Dublin 4 - office based role
6 month contract
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
Responsibilities:
- Management of HR Databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis
- Maintenance of Databases and data entry.
- Providing telephone support, record and distributing messages.
- General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc.
- Switch cover on an ad-hoc basis
- Full training on internal systems/processes will be provided
The Person
Skills and Requirements
- Leaving Certificate.
- 2+ years’+ experience working in an administrative environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Database management experience desirable.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
