The Role

HR Administrator 

Contract with a view to permanent 

€35,000 

Louth based 

Hybrid 

Duties:

  • Document and record HR KPI’s to include labour costs, absenteeism, turnover and headcount
  • Process fortnightly payroll and monthly overtime costs
  • Responsible for the processing of new starters and leaver documentation
  • Issue contacts of employment & renewals in advance of required dates
  • Management of leave entitlements to include sick, holidays, maternity etc.
  • Complete all HR administration functions to include archiving
  • Regular review of all policies and procedures to ensure they are updated with changes in legislation and best practice
  • Control adherence to the company’s attendance policy and work with area managers in order to effectively manage issues of non-compliance
  • Support area managers in handling disciplinaries, grievances and performance management in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures
  • Support the business trainer in the supply of trained resources to key departments
  • Deputy to People & Culture Manager

The Person

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar HR admin/officer role ideally with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Payroll processing experience is essential, good working knowledge and previous experience dealing with Payroll queries
  • Member of CIPD with HR related degree/diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
