Scope of role
A fixed term contract to manage a data cleanse project of the businesses financial system to ensure budgeted profitability at a contract level is recorded. Review of order to cash process.
Main duties and responsibilities
Establish budgeted profitability per customer site
Identify any variances to budgeted profit
Liaise with the operations team to resolve any variances
Ensure finance system is set up with budgets at a contract level
Review Order to Cash process
Liaise with several departments to co-ordinate information – Sales, operations, payroll and finance
ACA / CIMA / ACCA fully qualified accountant
Extensive knowledge of excel and various finance and operational systems
Comfortable with working in a demanding environment.
Strong influencing skills, especially at Senior Management level.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities.
Ability to plan, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision.
