The Role

Salary: DOE 

Permanent, full-time position


  • To populate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and report directly to the Commercial Director
  • To analyse all available sources of data in such a manner to ensure that key goals are being met.
  • To report back on the conduct of the above actions as required – in writing and verbally.
  • Business Acumen – demonstrates business/marketplace knowledge (policies, practices, trends, etc.)
  • Client Value Creation – demonstrates concern for meeting customer’s needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the customer

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • To maintain and grow revenue and gross profit for a dedicated customer list as agreed with the Commercial Director
  • To achieve quarterly and annual targets as set and agreed with Management
  • To create and activate account management plans for the x customers in the portfolio that demonstrate complete knowledge of customer needs and a pathway to retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good commercial acumen
