The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator in Rathcoole, Dublin 24.

This is a permanent, full time role and it is also fully office based. 

Main duties: 

  • Coordinating with service engineers and internal departments
  • Customer documentation administration
  • Upkeep of relevant supporting systems

 

The Person

Main requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
