The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Car Remarketing Administrator in Dublin 12.This is a permanent, full time role.
Salary up to €35,000 with company car after 12 months and bonus.
Main duties:
• Manage the weekly auction process ensuring the maximum sale price is achieved.
• Maintain and improve trader relationships using an effective CRM process.
• Maintain customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation accurately and comprehensively.
• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Drive profit growth on sales through correct sales channel selection
• Assist the Asset Risk team in their quarterly residual value reviews.
• Undertake any reasonable role related duties which may be required from time to time.
• Ensure auction performance KPI’s are achieved.
• Manage the after sales process ensuring all sold vehicles are paid for before being released to the buyer.
The Person
• Proven sales experience in the automotive industry with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive retail.
• A high level of computer literacy, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Pragmatic decision-maker with a good technical knowledge.
• A good understanding of vehicle logistics and inventory controls.
• Strong numerical aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Good telephone and email communication skills.
• High achievement & drive with a proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Showing professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
Must hold a full clean driving license.
