The Role


  • Liaise with our Recruitment sections teams
  • Appointment Cards for RE commencement / Duration of Contract
  • Tracking , Monitoring Time sheets of employees
  • Monitor Training / Set up email account/ Laptop/ Phone
  • Process Expenses for RE and Invoice to Client
  • Monthly payment Applications
  • Invoicing to Client
  • Assisting the accounts team where required
  • General Administration duties



The Person



  • Excellent Microsoft skills and ICT skills
  • Confident in the role and be a self - starter
  • Outstanding phone manners and etiquette
  • Excellent attention to details
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
