The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Co. Westmeath.

Permanent, full time role

Fully office based

Salary up to €30,000 

Main duties: 

- Taking orders via phone and email and imputing them into our software
- Converting orders to delivery dockets and arranging dispatch and delivery
- Answering calls
- Greeting visitors to site
- Aiding management with various ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting in the management of consumable purchases


The Person

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Hands on experience with MS packages, as well as accounting software packages
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
