Accounts Payable Administrator x 2
- Permanent role & 12 month fixed term contract
Salary : € 35,000
Hybrid working options - 2 days WFH
Responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts to support the finance function.
Reports To: Accounts Administration Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
• Processing vendors invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
• Creditor account reconciliations
• Resolve any queries on the accounts
• Liaising with suppliers to follow up on outstanding invoices and statements
• Assist in month end activities
• Other finance tasks for the network as required
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous Accounts experience required
Skills Required:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team
• Experience using Navision 2018, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software preferable
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under time and delivery pressures
