The Role

Location: Drogheda Co. Louth

Salary: €25,000 - €27,000

18 Month Contract

Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (Monday to Thursday), 8am to 3:30pm on Friday

Responsibilities: 

Ownership to Completion of the following:
Ordering & Maintaining stock levels - PPE & Consumables
Daily warehouse Administration– Pallet scheduling, Clearing Orders, Supplier Returns, and Archiving.
Invoicing - Inputting primal prices into system and tracking Invoice accuracy. Invoice reconciliation
Support within the department for Holiday cover - Primal Ordering & Daily Reports

People:
Maintain supplier relations through the auditing and monitoring of suppliers performance / KPI’s
Ensure effective lines of communications are in place between all of the stake holders within the supply chain inclusive of suppliers, intake and production
Proactively engage the Supply Chain Manager with ideas for personal and team development

Continuous Improvement:
On-going review of the procurement processes to support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies
Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
Analyse and action KPI information to understand areas in need of improvement
Actively participate in continuous improvement project teams within the business

The Person

Training / Qualifications / Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Procurement Management/ Business / or equivalent
Minimum 1 years related Supply Chain Experience
