The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Transport and Logistics Administrator in Co. Kildare.

This is a permanent role.

Fully office based

Main duties:

 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the transport and logistics department
  • Prepare and manage delivery documents and proof of delivery documentation on the group’s transport management systems (TMS) with delivery data
  • Handle customer queries regarding delivery times, order status, or transport issues
  • Maintain and update the TMS when required to ensure compliance with health & safety and legislation data
  • Direct incoming calls

The Person

 

  • Experience in logistics and office administration (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of transport documentation and delivery processes
  • Ability to work effectively with the existing team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience using a Transport Management System an advantage
  • An effective team player who demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through to completion of tasks
