The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Booking Administrator in Dublin 22.
Permanent, full time
Fully office based
Hours of work – 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday.
Salary up to €40,000, flexible for the right candidate
Main requirements:
- Manage and maintain the booking calendar for the CVRT Test Centre.
- Proactively ensure the CVRT calendar is fully scheduled.
- Oversee all CVRT administrative requirements.
- Create and communicate job cards for workshop production by:
- Gathering specific vehicle information, and
- Obtaining detailed work instructions from customers.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance for CVRT personnel.
- Proactively resolve any rostering conflicts.
- Monitor and manage the Estimate & Quotation process.
- Issue quotations to customers and act as a liaison between customers and the production team.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them as appropriate.
- Communicate information clearly across departments.
- Process card payments and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare estimates and record them within the Estimate & Quotation tracking system.
- Ensure the Estimate & Quotation process is followed, maintaining the 24-hour turnaround standard.
The Person
- Accuracy and quality of information collected at initial customer interaction and shared across departments.
- Effective utilisation of the CVRT calendar, minimising unfilled slots.
- Efficient and well-managed staff rostering.
- 100% accuracy in reconciling CVRT payments and invoice statements.
- Full compliance in both internal and external audits of CVRT administrative processes.
- Strong oversight of the Estimate & Quotation process, ensuring all estimates are completed within the 24-hour commitment.
- Adherence to best practices in timekeeping, attendance, and professional presentation.
- Delivery of an excellent customer experience.
- Active participation in and application of training provided for role-specific tasks
