The Role

Duties:

  • Responsible for the preparation and end to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll
  • Payroll Reporting for the company
  • Benefits administration such as BIK on cars, healthcare etc using various online tools
  • Responsibility and management of vehicle tracking system
  • Payroll reporting including absenteeism, benefits, Working time and BIK.
  • Ensuring weekly timesheets are received for staff on site within deadline set by payroll dept. Approval of hours prior to payroll processing.
  • Liaise with HR in relation to new starts, transfers, increases and employees finishing.
  • Dealing with any payroll related queries as they arise
  • Process employee reimbursements

The Person

Requirements

  • Ideally IPASS qualified
  • 2 + years’ experience in a similar role processing end to end payroll
  • Sound knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with payroll packages such as Brightpay / Sage / Thesaurus etc is essential
  • Experience of UK payroll would be an advantage
