Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
Hybrid after training (1 day per week from home)

This role is ideal for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll and employee expenses.
- Manage the accounts payable function.
- Respond to and resolve supplier queries.
- Assist with month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations.
- Complete intercompany reconciliations.
- Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
- Oversee general office administration and office functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive system improvements and enhance process efficiencies.
- Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and any other reasonable duties as required
The Person
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll and accounts payable within a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Strong accounting systems experience, ideally including Sage 50 Accounts and Brightpay Payroll.
- Good knowledge of the Irish tax system.
- Previous experience within a high-volume or project-based environment would be an advantage.
