HR Generalist

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
Responsibilities
- Maintaining HR data and update employee records and files on systems
- HR administrative tasks such as creating contracts, letters, filing etc
- Ensuring queries to the HR mailbox are addressed and/or escalated in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of weekly payroll
- Work alongside the Hiring Managers
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes as required
- Support in ongoing development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Work on Employee relations and performance management
- Support in ongoing development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Various ad-hoc projects in line with the needs of the company
The Person
Experience and skills
- 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- CIPD qualification a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates the highest standard of quality and professionalism in their day to day activities and interactions
- The ability to deal with confidential information discreetly and sensitively.
- Empathetic, self-motivator with solid interpersonal skills, achievement oriented
