HR Generalist

Hybrid - 3 days WFH
Responsibilities include:
- Guardian of all aspects of employee data including development and maintenance of HR’s systems
- Preparation of contracts of employment and all other change to terms documentation for employees
- Partner with Managers in the Ireland and UK Business on all aspects of the employee journey
- Support with employee relations matters as they arise
- Partner with the US based HR team on projects, providing reporting and administrative support
- Provide robust reporting, data analysis and the management of data integrity
- Support all aspects of the Recruitment and Selection process, managing the 360-recruitment cycle
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage employment background vetting and criminal records process with new hires
- Training and Development coordination
- Compensation and benefits coordination for new and existing employees
- Assist with company audits
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure employee payroll is accurate on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist with the reviews and updates of employee handbooks and policies
- Ensure that HR records are accurate and up-to-date and that all documentation is complete
- Responsible for Health, Safety and Welfare activities and be a member of our H&S Steering Group
- Support in the delivery of key projects on the HR Roadmap
- Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service to managers and employees.
The Person
Qualifications
- 3rd level qualification in Human Resources, or related business field
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Knowledge of Irish Legislation

- Strong HR Generalist experience within a fast-paced environment
- Previous Recruitment experience in all aspects of the recruitment cycle
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office essential
- Extremely organised, professional, proactive and helpful with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both colleagues and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Results oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong awareness of the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
The Package
Salary: up to €40,000 depending on experience
