The Role

Leinster Appointments  is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Coordinator in Ballymount, Dublin 22. 

This is a permanent, full time, fully office based role.

Salary approx. up to €55,000 DOE 

 

Main duties: 

  • Prepare, issue and maintain employee contracts and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate onboarding, prepare induction materials and support new employee orientation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and liaising with applicants.
  • Support work permit applications and employee relocation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for statutory leave administration, maintaining records and reporting as required.
  • Respond to HR queries through the HR mailbox, ensuring timely resolutions and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, manage resignation administration, coordinate exit interviews and oversee the return of company equipment.
  • Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records, gather feedback and assist with the preparation of training materials.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration and absence management.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide cross-functional support across HR, payroll and recruitment.
  • Assist with the implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives, including the Employee Assistance Programme.

The Person

  • Relevant third-level qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to support a broad range of HR activities.
