The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a part-time HR Coordinator role in Dublin 11.
This is a permanent role.
2 mornings or 1 full day per week.
Main duties:
- Ensure that all employee queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Manage and monitor the recruitment process to include, advertising, screening, selection and onboarding and offboarding processes offers, inductions, and exit interviews.
- To ensure that all new employees are furnished with all necessary documentation and training prior to their commencement
- To schedule and coordinate training as required
- Monitor and manage absenteeism
- Assist in managing employee relations, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with any changes.
- Be the go-to person for employee questions, providing helpful responses and escalating when necessary.
- Manage employee records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and GDPR compliant.
- Stay informed about employment law and apply best practices to HR policies.
