The Role
Credit Control / Finance Administrator
6 Month Contract
Part time - 20 hours per week
Based in Naas, Co. Kildare
The Accounts /Credit Controller will help ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and on time whilst assisting the Management Accountant with day to day administration tasks. Supporting the department targets and objectives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Features
Complete all customer handling requests received in advance of a 24-hour window.
Identifying and eliminating opportunities for customers to delay payment. Reporting any issues to the Management Accountant on a timely basis.
Raise all capex requests and obtain relevant authorization
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
Preparing letters, offers and reports as per Management Accountant instructions
Keep cashbooks up to date and post journals for the monthly accounts
Close sales ledger on a monthly basis ensuing deadlines are reached
Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
Administration of direct debit processes
Raising manual and intercompany invoices and updating intercompany spreadsheet.
Ensure all vehicles tax, trackers and toll tags are up to date
Obtain customers insurance on expiry ensuring we have customers policy on file at all times.
When required assist in any other administrative tasks as requested by your line manager
