The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator in Co. Kildare.

This is a permanent, full time role.

This is a newly created position.

Main duties:

  • General call answering. (Inbound & outbound)
  • Work with sales team to make sure that all sales orders' information is captured and updated on to the system.
  • Work with warehouse ensuring stock is ready for customers.
  • Keep all systems updated of new and existing projects including any changes.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure timely delivering of stock to site.
  • Assist with weekly reports.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Administration Manager.

The Person

Main requirements:

  • Previous similar experience required
  • Own transport required
