Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Commercial Administrator in Dublin 22.

Salary €40,000 - €47,000 DOE
Main duties:
• Process orders in line with company procedures
• Perform general administration, data entry, and ad hoc office tasks
• Maintain and organise project documentation
• Track document comments and follow up on responses
• Support the commercial team with reporting and deadlines
• Attend project meetings and assist with action tracking
The Person
• 2–3 years’ experience in administration (construction, engineering, finance or similar preferred)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
