Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator in Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent, full time role.
This is a newly created position.
- General call answering. (Inbound & outbound)
- Work with sales team to make sure that all sales orders' information is captured and updated on to the system.
- Work with warehouse ensuring stock is ready for customers.
- Keep all systems updated of new and existing projects including any changes.
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely delivering of stock to site.
- Assist with weekly reports.
- Any other tasks assigned by Administration Manager.
- Previous similar experience required
- Own transport required
