The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Service Coordinator in Dublin 24.
Permanent, fully office based for the first 6 months
1 day working from home after probation is passed
€42,000 - €45,000 DOE
Main duties:
• Manage the service inbox, handling customer enquiries received via email and phone
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and service technicians, gathering detailed information regarding service issues
• Coordinate efficient route planning for engineers using available software to maximise productivity and minimise travel time
• Schedule labour across geographic regions for both reactive service calls and Planned Preventative Maintenance visits
• Carry out administration related to customer-specific requirements, including the use of customer portals where necessary
• Follow up on all service calls to ensure closure or prepare quotations for any additional work required
• Communicate with suppliers regarding spare parts ordering, including obtaining pricing and estimated delivery timelines
• Liaise with the Warehouse Operator to ensure spare parts are available and prepared ahead of engineers attending customer sites
• Complete additional service-related administrative and operational tasks as required
• Participate in the Out-of-Hours On-Call Service Escalation Team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging customer interactions professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
• Capable of performing well under pressure when dealing with customers and internal staff
• Good geographical knowledge of Ireland
• Excellent administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
