The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Buying Administrator in West Dublin.

Main duties:

• Supporting buying team by dealing with marketing requests, supplier orders and set up, managing incoming mails and general support to their Buyers.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that buying processes are implemented effectively.

 

The Person

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to plan and organise workload and excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a team environment.
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
