Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Buying Administrator in West Dublin.
• Supporting buying team by dealing with marketing requests, supplier orders and set up, managing incoming mails and general support to their Buyers.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that buying processes are implemented effectively.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to plan and organise workload and excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a team environment.
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Strong Word and Excel skills
