Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary Contract)

Location - Monastervin, Co.Kildare

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a temporary contract rolling week to week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and keeping processes running smoothly. 4-6 week cover initially with a view to extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks

The Person

About you:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Comfortable using accounting systems and Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
