Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Account Manager in Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Some travel will be required with the role, approx. once a month to facilitate client meetings.
Salary will be flexible, and will depend on experience.
Main duties:
- Initiating, overseeing, and closing complex, customized solution-focused deals.
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities through self-driven efforts, networking, referrals, and partner collaborations.
- Cultivating and managing partner relationships, including collaborating on joint bids and partner-referred opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and define suitable solutions for prospective clients.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations in coordination with colleagues.
- Managing the sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Contributing as a key team member in the development and execution of our sales strategy and new business initiatives.
- Maintaining CRM data integrity.
The Person
Main requirements:
- A proven history of developing and executing a successful sales pipeline for Managed Services and/or Microsoft Cloud solutions in the B2B market.
- A strong track record in cloud and security solutions within a complex and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close new business deals.
- Experience leading complex bid teams with involvement at the executive level.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, enabling the swift establishment of trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A consultative approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Ireland and potentially the UK.
