The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Account Manager in Co. Dublin.

This is a permanent, full time role.

Salary negotiable for the right candidate, up to €45,000. 


Main duties: 

  • Perform account analysis, data entry, and review of service level KPIs at both account and channel levels.
  • Act as the customer advocate in resolving issues impacting the delivery of our services, including providing input on branch processes, stock management, and mobile unit practices.
  • Drive the fleet team by collaborating with field-based personnel to generate monthly reports and address customer queries.
  • Manage static data for all accounts across internal systems.
  • Take ownership of documenting new processes for managing the business, such as network expansion through service providers, product availability and buy-back price compliance, service provider purchase orders and reimbursements, and ensuring third-party adherence to customer-specific SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Pricing, Accounts, Operations) to proactively enhance the company's offerings to our customer base.

The Person

  • Proven track record in driving account management activities, managing and developing account plans, performing account analysis through the review of available data, and developing tracking reports.
  • Experience in managing people and deliverables through third parties.
  • Proven Experience and competence in working with internal reporting systems e.g. Oracle, Access, eDrive and Excel intermediate level
  • Experience of key account management and support with the ability to implement improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge, and ideally experience, of working in a client facing role in a professional services environment.
