Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing the payroll for various clients.
Preparation of payrolls weekly, fortnightly and monthly.
Manage the payroll elements of benefit schemes regarding tax, revenue, BIK, pension and health insurance etc.
Processing employee deductions & additions with accuracy.
Calculating employee's holidays, sick pay and working hours.
Entering Payroll postings to Accounting system (Advantage).
Dealing with any payroll related queries as they arise.
Transmits and receives data to/ from the ROS service and checks the information.
Liaising directly with client.
Issuing payslips.
Processing payroll payments.
Working on client premises.
Managing additional payroll staff member.
The Person
IPASS or a related payroll qualification (advantage).
3+ years high volume Payroll experience.
Have a solid understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
Proficient in IT, including MS Office, Payroll software, experience using Bright Pay, Thesaurus payroll and Quantum payroll software would be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review large volumes of data accurately.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to juggle many different tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing work to consistently meet objectives & deadlines.

UK/NI payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
