The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time European Coordinator role in Co. Cavan. 

This is a permanent, full time role

Fully office based

€40,000 - €50,000 DOE 

8am - 5pm, 3pm finish on a Friday 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff travel, accommodation, and car hire arrangements across various projects and office locations.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the Administration and Time Management teams.
  • Manage general office and administrative functions.
  • Provide support to operational and project teams with project setup activities, including liaising with local authorities and coordinating subcontractor onboarding.
  • Assist Directors and the Senior Leadership Team with daily operational responsibilities.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate compliance activities across multiple European locations.
  • Manage ShareFile access, compliance systems, and project-related documentation.
  • Support HR with employee transfers and associated documentation.
  • Liaise with accountants, tax advisors, insurance providers, and other external consultants.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Health & Safety teams to ensure policies and procedures are current and compliant.
  • Ensure all project start-up requirements are coordinated and completed within required timelines.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance records and insurance documentation.
  • Carry out expense compliance checks and related administrative tasks

The Person

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior management within a fast-paced office or operational environment.
  • Previous administration or coordination experience within construction, engineering, or project-focused industries would be beneficial, though not essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, confident, and effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to support operational improvements and change management initiatives.
