The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator in West Dublin (Dublin 22)
This is a permanent, full time role.
Salary will be flexible for the right candidate.
Fully office based opportunity.
Main duties:
• Working with the Senior Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that warranty claims are processed in timely manner
• Verify warranty status of vehicles in response to customer requests
• Keeping a log of all claims submitted versus reimbursements received from the manufacturers
• Organising for Parts Returns or Disposal in line with brand requirements and retention periods.
• Warranty Literature – review all warranty literature and ensure that requirements are communicated to staff internally and externally
• Prepare for and facilitate all warranty audits
• Ad-hoc cover of the service reception desk
• Assist with Service department administration, including invoicing and other duties as required
The Person
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar administrative role in the motor industry, preferably in a Service/ Warranty in a HGV environment
• Good attention to detail for recording all relevant details in documentation and systems.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills
• Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems, experience with Kerridge CDK a distinct advantage
