The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Dublin 12.
This is a permanent, full time, hybrid role.
3 days in the office, 2 days at home once fully trained
Salary up to €31,000
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm or 9am -5pm
Main duties:
- General Office Administrative tasks
- Liaise and scheduling Engineers and dealing with Business Development Managers & Customers with the Fire & Security Division
- Receive and respond effectively and take responsibility for customer calls and emails identifying source of problems and assigning appropriate Engineer
- Deal with all customer requests i.e. reports and certification etc.
- Manage Customer contracts, initiate and change where required
- Plan and schedule contracted maintenance/ reactive/ commission work in accordance with maintenance agreements and customer requirements
- Manage the purchase order requests, sales orders and invoicing processing engineers work report
- Utilise all available systems for the management of Operations when required
- Liaise with Monitoring Centre
- Monitoring Service Desk Billing Mailbox on a Daily Basis
- Verification of electronic supplier invoices
- Scanning supplier invoices and Uploading invoices to different Portals
- Requesting PO's ,Credits Review & Processing
- Managing Clients Accounts
- Service Calls Invoicing
- Reactive Fire & Systems Billing
- Identifying outstanding issues and chasing outstanding payments
- Generating Weekly and Monthly Reports when required
- Reconciliation of month end creditor
- Managing Customer Queries, Accounts Queries via email mainly and phone
- Phone Cover when require
- Contract Set up in the system
