The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Dublin 22.
This is a permanent role.
Salary €32,000
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Fully office based
Main duties:
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries, ensuring responses are provided promptly
- Manage customer queries on a day-to-day basis maintaining positive and effective communication
- logging a high volume of calls via telephone and email and allocating them to relevant support field technicians and remote technical support teams.
- Responsible for your own group of field technicians, liaising with them daily, monitoring their workload, ensuring calls are correctly allocated and attended to – ensuring calls are resolved within the agreed SLA’s.
- Perform any reasonable role-related duties and ad hoc tasks as requested from time to time
The Person
• Previous experience in a busy customer focused role.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
• Able to work individually and as a team.
• Good geographical knowledge is preferrable.
• Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy.
• Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads & prioritization of daily tasks.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
