Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Co. Westmeath.
This is a permanent, full time role.
The position will be office based.
- Deal with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails.
- Receive orders via phone, email, or post, which they respond to and process accordingly.
- Liaison with field-based service engineers
- Log service calls on service system in real time and produce call reports.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all service call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform debt collection duties by telephone.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Service / Maintenance Administration experience required
- At least 2 years’ administration experience essential
