The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Co. Westmeath.

This is a permanent, full time role.

The position will be office based.

Main duties:

  • Deal with customers directly by answering phone calls and emails.
  • Receive orders via phone, email, or post, which they respond to and process accordingly.
  • Liaison with field-based service engineers
  • Log service calls on service system in real time and produce call reports.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Document all service call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform debt collection duties by telephone.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.

The Person

Main requirements: 

  • Service / Maintenance Administration experience required
  • At least 2 years’ administration experience essential
