The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers across the business, providing expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organisational performance.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes.
- Coach and support managers in developing high-performing teams and effective people management practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Analyse HR data and trends to support decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support organisational change projects including restructures, business growth and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and other HR team members to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to learning and development initiatives, succession planning and talent management programmes.
- Mentor and support junior HR colleagues where appropriate.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance activities.
- Undertake additional HR projects and initiatives as required.
The Person
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- International exposure at European level is required
- Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience influencing and coaching managers with confidence and credibility.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware with a solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
