Recruitment Administrator
Temporary 6 month position
Dublin 4
Office based
Salary: €30,000 DOE
- Recruitment advertising and applicant management
- Screen CV’s to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging meeting times, sending calendar invites, and preparing interview materials.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback from hiring managers.
- Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc..
The Person
- Third Level qualification or similar experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential
- Excellent IT skills – intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential
- Database management experience desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
