The Role

Quality Administrator / Project Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Rathcoole, County Dublin
Contract: Maternity Cover (Estimated March 2025 – March 2026)
Hours: Full-time (4 or 5 days per week) – Part-time options also available

We are currently seeking a Quality Administrator / Project Administrator to join our client's team on a maternity cover contract. This is a varied and detail-focused role supporting our Quality and Project functions, ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Please note: Own transport is essential, as public transport services to our Rathcoole location are limited.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain product specifications, quality attributes, and related documentation
  • Ensure all products have up-to-date specification sheets and comply with relevant regulations
  • Manage supplier compliance, including requesting and maintaining legal certifications and migration testing
  • Maintain supplier certifications (e.g. ISO, BRC, FSC, CoC) and ensure they remain current
  • Handle customer requests for certificates, specification sheets, and related documentation
  • Send samples to suppliers and track sample status
  • Manage certification records and renewal schedules
  • Support and assist with ongoing quality-related projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised, with a deadline-focused mindset
  • Skilled in analysing information and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of QA/QC systems and processes is an advantage
  • Project management skills are beneficial
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
