The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Production Administrator / Receptionist in Dublin 12. This is a permanent role.

Fully office based

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary €35,000

Main duties:

 

Main Duties

  • Managing stock levels and ordering materials and supplies

  • Purchasing goods and liaising with suppliers

  • Scheduling and coordinating upcoming work and daily schedules

  • Dealing with customers, suppliers, and fitters

  • Reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls

  • Responding to customer queries by email and phone

  • General administrative and office support tasks

The Person

  • Strong organisational skills with proven previous administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to manage pressure and handle conflicting demands

  • Skilled at prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently

  • Pleasant, professional, and confident telephone manner

  • Extensive computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

  • Experience within the construction industry is an advantage, but not essential
