The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Production Administrator / Receptionist in Dublin 12. This is a permanent role.
Fully office based
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary €35,000
Main duties:
Main Duties

Managing stock levels and ordering materials and supplies

Purchasing goods and liaising with suppliers

Scheduling and coordinating upcoming work and daily schedules

Dealing with customers, suppliers, and fitters

Reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls

Responding to customer queries by email and phone

General administrative and office support tasks
The Person
-
Strong organisational skills with proven previous administration experience
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
-
Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Able to manage pressure and handle conflicting demands
-
Skilled at prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently
-
Pleasant, professional, and confident telephone manner
-
Extensive computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
-
Experience within the construction industry is an advantage, but not essential
