Payroll Admin / Accounts Payable
Baldonnell, Dublin 22 - Permanent
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable on a permanent basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years' experience in both Payroll and Accounts Payable
Knowledge of Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50 would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Payroll & Expense processing
- Managing the accounts payable process for the office.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Bank & Credit card posting & reconciliation.
- Overseeing office function and general office administration
- Cross departmental collaboration to drive system changes and improve process efficiencies.
- Requirement to take on new projects/tasks and any reasonable duties requested by the Financial Controller.
The Person
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years payroll & accounts payable experience in high volume environment.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and strong analytical skills
- Strong Accounting System experience, ideally with Sage 50 accounts & Sage Payroll
- Knowledge of the Irish Tax System
- Previous Construction industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
