The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a part-time receptionist in Dublin 12. 

This is a permanent role. 

Until the end of August, this role will be 16hrs per week. From the 1st of September it will be a 3 day week, 24hrs per week position. 


Main duties: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Provide general information to visitors and clients.
