Accounts Administrator (Temporary)
Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: 9:15am – 4:45pm
Salary: €35,000 pro rata | €17.94 per hour
We are currently on behalf of our client who is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team on a long term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional looking for flexible part-time hours within a supportive working environment
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mix of Accounts Payable (AP), purchase orders, and reconciliations
- Preparing and issuing customer statements
- Creating, raising, and maintaining purchase orders (POs)
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Managing supplier payments and accounts payable processes
- Assisting with trial balance preparation and review
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting general accounting and finance administration duties
The Person
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with reconciliations and purchase order processing
- Good communication and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
