Part Time Accounts Assistant
Athy - Permanent Part Time
20 -25 hours per week (Client is flexible on days worked)
Salary: €30-35K (Pro Rata)
Start Date: November / December 2021
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
This will be 20-25 hours per week and the client is flexible on what way the hours are worked.
This is an office based role.
- AP invoice processing (logging, approval, entering and coding onto the system)
- AP Purchase order processing and supplier communications
- Monitor AR and notify commercial manager of any issues
- Weekly payroll for harvest period (training will be provided)
- AR processing and administration and collection from craft customers
- VAT calculation and reconciliation for approval
- All Revenue returns and submissions via ROS (VAT, VIES, Interstat, 46G)
- Monthly control account reconciliations (Credit Card, Prepayments, Accruals, AR & AP)
- Fixed asset register maintenance and capex monitoring
- Supplier statement reconciliations and follow up
- Monthly CSO returns
- Maintain the clocking system
- Manage the daily backup retention procedure
- General Office supplies monitoring & ordering
- Other ad-hoc finance and administration tasks as required
