Customer Service Administrator - Co. Offaly

Permanent, full-time role

 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Speaking with customers via email, on the phone, or face-to-face.
  • Following your company’s communication procedures and policies.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Order processing
  • Preparation of purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory stock
