The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.

This is a 6 month contract with view to extension.

Fully office based

Main duties: 

 

● General office administrative tasks
● Receive and respond effectively and take responsibility for customer calls and emails identifying source of problems and assigning appropriate Engineer
● Inputting information to databases
● Manage the purchase order requests, sales orders
● Utilise all available systems for the management of operations when required
● Provide regular reports on activities to management
● Support sales and installation teams when required
● Liaise with Monitoring Centre
● Manage Customer contracts, initiate and update
● Other administrative duties as required

● Previous experience as an office administrator
● Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
● Problem solving ability

● Ability to work to tight deadlines
