Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Rathcoole.
The role is a full time, permanent position.
The role is fully office based.
Salary up to €32,000
- Receipt and processing of customers orders onto M4 computer system.
- Documentation of all relevant information from customer orders.
- Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.
- Regularly update information on relevant system.
- Receive and process internal and external enquiries, ensure follow up.
- Liaise with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities.
- Action of all internal M4 required documentation from deliveries
- Communication with customer regarding concessions and any other required information.
- Strong and accurate data entry & typing skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
- Superior customer service with high initiative
- Problem Solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a polite and courteous telephone
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to deal with change
