The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Dublin 24.

This is a permanent, full time role.

Salary €30,000, might be flexible for the right candidate. 


Main duties:


  • Manage customer relations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly, accurately, and effectively.
  • Maintain positive and effective communication with both internal and external customers to exceed their expectations.
  • Set, measure, and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for key customers using both formal and informal feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key customers.
  • Ensure a customer-focused approach and a clear understanding of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to resolve customer issues through a closed-loop corrective action process.
  • Review and maintain quality standards and targets for your customer base.
  • Contribute to the development of ideas that enhance business performance and establish best practices.
  • Produce weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as directed by clients and management.
  • Adhere to procedures related to cost accrual, invoicing, cross-charging, completion of receiving files, and general administration.
  • Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping.
  • Handle and process orders.
  • Resolve queries related to stock, deliveries, collections, etc.
  • Coordinate daily deliveries of kitting files.

The Person

• Excellent written and verbal English.
• SAP Experience required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience in Customer Service.
