The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Rathcoole.

The role is a full time, permanent position. 

The role is fully office based.

Salary up to €32,000 


Main duties: 

  • Receipt and processing of customers orders onto M4 computer system.
  • Documentation of all relevant information from customer orders.
  • Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.
  • Regularly update information on relevant system.
  • Receive and process internal and external enquiries, ensure follow up.
  • Liaise with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Action of all internal M4 required documentation from deliveries
  • Communication with customer regarding concessions and any other required information.




The Person

Main requirements: 

  • Strong and accurate data entry & typing skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
  • Superior customer service with high initiative
  • Problem Solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a polite and courteous telephone
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to deal with change
