Part Qualified Accountant

Office Based Role
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Part Qualified Accountant on a permanent basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
A good working knowledge of Excel is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist with accounts consolidation, intercompany transaction management, transfer pricing compliance.
- Support with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial data
- Participate in training and development activities related to accounting qualifications
- Collaborate with Finance Team to ensure all group reporting deadlines are met
The Person
Key Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently studying)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Previous internship or work experience in a finance role
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Working towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
