The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time office administrator in Co. Kildare.
The role is fully office based
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary up to €32,000
Main requirements:
• Purchase Orders – Generating and issuing Purchase orders on our accounts package.
• Credit card payments as required.
• Booking and paying for training courses as required.
• Booking couriers.
• Booking UK Trips for employees, booking boats/hotels, dealing with Revenue.
• Dealing with customs clearance Ireland in relation to goods coming in from UK and making sure relevant paperwork is sent..
• Covering reception when required.
• Sales Invoicing support when required.
